The Way of the Heart
The numerological vibration of 2020 is 4 (20+20=40, 4+0=4). Number 4 is related to the heart chakra and the color green. As humans we need a lot of green to be well and balanced. Research has showed that people on the verge of being burned out avoid the colour green. It is an antidote against stress and has the power to lower both stress and blood pressure. Green is also connected to time and space.
People with a strong connection to green have a natural feeling of time and natural cycles. The green is putting out the message “this is my space, and that is your space” that is one of the reasons why it is such a great color to have in a waiting or therapy room. The number 4 is a physical builder. People born under its influence are good at working with their hands and many of them are also excellent massage therapists.
Strong forest scents and essential oils like pine, fir, and eucalyptus have for many years been used for killing bacteria and parasites and on a spiritual level. The color green can do the same thing and work antiseptically. Green keeps your space clean and clear and can work as a guardian during your sleep. Having green in your bedroom or having green linens can be useful if you are spirit-traveling during the night and want to avoid brining back home heavy energy or spiritual “nasties”.
The four is connected to the four elements and the four directions. It is teaching us about the way and the path of the heart. How to live in balance with an open heart. Therefore one of the challenges this year will be how to listen to the heart. Your heart does not necessarily say the same thing as someone else’s heart. Your path may differ from others and be unique for you.
I’ve been working with colour therapy for many years and I can see over and over again that when people are returning back to themselves they choose green. It can be after a divorce, recovering from an illness, or getting back to their path in life.
This being a green year has the potential to bring us back home on a collective plane. Back to the heart and back to living a balanced life. But we must also remember that the first step is to recognize and accept being lost and off track, before finding the direction back home to the heart. And that may be a challenging wake up call. Here it is also important not to put blame on oneself or another for being lost, but rather find joy in being back on track again, and also honoring the experiences made while being more in the bush and taking an alternative route.
The number 4 corresponds to the Tarot card “The Emperor.” When he is balanced, he is a wonderful leader. When out of balance, he has closed his heart and has the “my way or the highway” attitude. If he connects with his heart the roads open up and he is able to lead with both a lot of love and great success.
The Number 0 and Divine Support
As soon as we find the number 0 in numerology we know there is something special going on, and we must have divine interventions in our calculation. Zero is spirit, it is nothing and everything at the same time. If we look at this year and read the numbers from right to left, we see that the 4 is created from the number 40. It’s a big difference from a 4 created through a number like 13/4 (1+3=4) that makes the journey through death and transformation. Number 40 has the support and intervention of Spirit made physical (4 physical builder).
People born under the influence of 40/4 have a lot of luck in their life and everything seems to fall into the right place at the right time. They are also charming, intelligent and have good looks as well. These are the people who have never been long on a waiting list for an apartment, never been out of work and seem to never have any problem finding a new partner if they want to. Things kind of manifest for them when they need it. So what could be their challenge in life, we might wonder?
At my clinic I’ve listened to some of the most exiting life stories from people born under the influence of 40/4. But they have also been part of the category talking about major life regrets as well. How does that add up? To find the answer to that we must go back to four being the number of the heart. The heart is all about being true to yourself.
To hear the voice of your heart can be a challenge, especially when life is moving fast. One 40/4 client told me about these amazing men she had met during her life. She had experienced a lot of love and passion. But she had let her greatest love let slip through her fingers. She thought that she had time, and what if someone better was to show up?
Another client talked about amazing jobs that had taken him all over the world, but the work team that he loved the most and the job that was nurturing his soul, he had left many years ago. Neither of these people had any difficulties manifesting relationships or opportunities, but were they the right ones for the heart in the long run?
Using your time in a wise way
With the number 40/4 we have manifestation (4) and spirit (0): Boom! Spirit straight down to the physical plane. This is a great gift. But we should take the time to stop, reflect, and make contact with our hearts more than usual and ask our selves how this feels in the heart. Am I manifesting things aligned with what is true and good for me in the long run?
We should also make sure that we take good care of the things and the people that matter the most to us. We cannot buy more time. Stop, take your time, and listen. Being present in the moment is one of the most important messages this year. 40/4 is connected to the Tarot card the Page of Cups. This card has a lot of pure heart energy connected to it. Finding true love, whether it is a person, a job that you love, or the perfect place to live.
Creation looking at itself
In this year 2020 we have double digits 20+20. When we see a number repeating itself like 11, 22, 33, and so on they are called a master number. A number and energy that is extra challenging but also extra rewarding. One of the keys to understand the master number is that the energy is looking at itself. This creates insights but the road to getting there is through a lot of shadow work, looking at oneself.
The number 20 represents the letter T in the alphabet. A symbol of a bar on top of a stick in the ground. On this bar we can sit like a bird looking down on our life, doing measurements and evaluating what has been good and not so good. The number 20 is related to the Tarot card “The Æon” or sometimes “Judgement” or “The Resurrection.” So here we have the Æon, or creation if we’d like to call it that, looking and mirroring itself.
In terms of science, mathematics, medicine, and so on this is great for discoveries and breakthroughs. We can expect to learn a lot of new things this year. We may not know how to apply it yet but it’s a great beginning. On a more mundane plane this is an energy that involves a lot of self-reflection an revaluating one’s life.
Regression, past lives and bringing soul pieces back
We have a lot of keys opening up the timeline. The color green can be very helpful working through past lives and past fears, especially if you died in a bad or dramatic way. Together with the 0 being present in 20+20=40 we can expect more spontaneous memories from both childhood and past lives. People working in fields of regression and past-life therapy may have a lot of work as well as those working with shamanic soul retrieval. On a collective level we may all start to remember more of who we are as a human species and why we came into being. We can also expect new research in fields like archaeology and history that may be very surprising and may create a need to revaluate the history of humanity in some way.
So let’s put the puzzle together. We have 2020, 20+20= 40, 4+0=4. The Æon of time looking at itself, going through some intense shadow work, becoming the Page of Cups with a pure heart searching for true love, finally manifesting as the Emperor, who has the power of becoming a great leader if he connects with his heart, leading the way to a great future.
