January’s full moon is known as the “Wolf Moon” in the Northern Hemisphere. It is the time of year when wolves are most often heard howling. Wolves howl to communicate, call to one another, attract their pack, or warn others to stay away. Wolf reminds us to call upon our kin, to locate our pack, whether they be friends and family of flesh and bone or those of spirit.
