The Full Moon in February is called the Snow Moon. It is a time when we spend many of our days indoors due to the frigid temperatures outside. The energy of this moon calls for us to go within and examine our emotions, thoughts and beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. This month’s work will focus on doing just that, along with helping our children get in touch with their feelings.
