Healing Case Coordinator David Erwin
The Healing Case Study Group, part of the Temple of Witchcraft’s Virgo Ministry, started in 2011 to give Temple initiates a forum to develop their skills with psychic diagnosis and to practice sending the healing techniques learned in the Mystery School and Seminary.
We follow the Lunar cycle, starting a new case each New Moon. Members perform a psychic diagnosis and send healing to the subject. At the Full Moon the information shared by the subject is shared so members can compare their results, as well as encourage each other by posting in a Google Group. We then schedule a Group Healing for the subject.
Membership to the Healing Cases Study Group is open to any Temple initiate (graduate of Witchcraft 1) and is renewable on an annual basis. Aside from interest in developing this skill, there are two main requirements: strict confidentiality and active participation.
If this ministry interests or intrigues you, please email coordinator David Erwin at [email protected]. Don’t worry if you’re “not very good at this”…that is why this group was started, to practice and deepen your magickal healing practices!

From the announcement on the TempleFest site:
“When we announced that TempleFest would be held this year as planned, we had the highest hopes that the pandemic would be better controlled and our community would be able to come together safely to celebrate and reconnect. Unfortunately this is not the case. There is no way that we can ensure that everyone coming to TempleFest is 100% Covid-19 free. Even one person in the close quarters that we share in workshops, dorms and cafeteria could infect the majority of our community over the four days. This is not an acceptable risk to us. The health of every member of our community is too important to us for us to take the chance of someone contracting Covid-19.
TempleFest online will be held on August 22nd and 23rd. Over the two days, we’ll have a marketplace that will showcase our vendors, (because what’s TempleFest without something special from the crafts-people that you love), ten workshops, a ritual and a keynote address.”
Please see the TempleFest site for more details and stay-tuned for more news about TempleFest 2020 online!

Now that you have developed your third eye and opened up your seer abilities from all three classes, we will each be given four rites that have been passed down from our great indigenous masters and by our wisdom-keepers. We will become our own personal healers and magicians, healing our past karmic and genetic inheritances by raising our luminescent field of energy.
Join Christine Krauss, a high priestess with the Temple of Witchcraft and owner of The Crow’s Healing Nest, for the next level of psychic development in June of 2020.

Celebrate Earth Day with the Temple! Join team ToW Earth Stewards and fight climate change in the Drawdown Ecochallenge!
In preparation for Earth Day on April 22, Taurus Ministry would like to encourage Temple members to participate in this year’s month-long Drawdown Ecochallenge so that we can collectively fight climate change. This is a great way to stay engaged, especially if you are feeling disconnected while socially distancing.
Drawdown Ecochallenge provides actions we can take to fight climate change, separated into categories such as Food, Transportation, and Social Justice. And there are plenty of activities that can be done at home while we remain compliant to social distancing. For every action a person completes or friend they refer, they win points for our team! This is a fun way to get involved in a little friendly competition towards a good cause.
The challenge begins on April 1 and lasts until April 30. Click this link to join our team!

At this critical time, the Temple community particularly recognizes and honors the work of those who provide care and support to people and society, often at risk to themselves, so we are also offering a Care Worker Protection list, a place to submit the names of people who work in the fields of medicine, public safety, service, or other care-giving work, who are in need of additional protection at this time, for their highest good.
Like the healing list, it is posted and refreshed during each new moon. We encourage anyone in our community who knows a care worker in need of blessings and protection to place their name on this list, and to work with the list as it is posted to offer those blessings and that protection so they may continue their work.

Due to concerns for community safety and well-being during the coronavirus pandemic, the Temple has chosen to cancel our March public events, including our Ostara sabbats. A few events, such as our Mystery School classes, will be offered online. Please see our online calendar for the latest status for any public Temple event and subscribe to our mailing list to get updates and news direct to your in-box.
Pisces Ministry and Temple leadership are planning to make an Ostara guided meditation available online for the community. Further information will be posted on our website and social media as it becomes available.
We hope everyone in the community is following guidelines for the maintenance of public health and well-being at this time, and offer our blessings towards those ends. We look forward to seeing and celebrating the turning of the Wheel with you at future Temple events.
