How do I register for TempleFest?

Pre-registration is required to attend TempleFest. Registration for 2023 has closed.

Can I attend TempleFest if I didn’t register?

Preregistration is required for capacity and supply planning.

When does TempleFest start and end?

Check-in and move-in begins at 4pm on Friday September 22nd and the closing ritual will end at around 7pm on Sunday the 24th. Everyone will be expected to vacate the premises in a timely fashion after the closing ritual, please plan accordingly.

What is the cost to attend TempleFest?

Please see our registration page for ticket pricing.

Is lodging included in registration fees?

Lodging is included in the cost of Weekend packages for lodgers and campers. All other tickets/packages include the cost of meals.

Attendees 17 and under must be lodged with a parent or guardian.

Are restroom and shower facilities available?

Prindle Pond Conference Center has restrooms in all facility buildings and showers in dorms. The Pondside dorms have shared bathrooms with toilet and shower stalls.

Can I bring my pets?

Only registered service animals are permitted.

What classes, activities and rituals are planned?

Visit the Schedule page for a full list of events. The schedule is subject to change. Changes made during the event will be announced during breakfast, will be available at the information desk, and will be updated in Sched – our scheduling app.

How do I volunteer to help?

Volunteers are needed to help keep TempleFest operating smoothly. Please let us know that you are interested in volunteering when you register and our volunteer coordinators will follow up with you.

Is parking available?

The conference center has plenty of free parking. Parking at the lodging and other facility buildings may be available for disabled persons only.

What should I bring with me?

We strongly encourage a “carry-in / carry-out” policy.

We recommend that ALL TempleFest participants bring:
• Linens: sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels
• Toiletries: Shampoo and soap
• A water bottle
• Sunscreen and rain gear as appropriate
• Bug repellant
• Snacks
• A notebook and pen/pencil
• A Drum for the drum circle (if you choose to participate)
• A folding chair for rituals (if needed)

How should I dress?

We encourage you to attend the festival in your best pagan or faery finery, especially for our ritual celebrations. But comfort is important too, so dress for the weather!

Are other lodging options available?

Dorm lodging and camping space is available. There are also several hotels within 20 miles of the conference center.

What happens in case of inclement weather?

The festival goes on! You won’t melt, but we don’t guarantee that, so bring an umbrella if weather is looking like it might get wet. There are indoor classrooms, as well as outside areas that we will be using.

What is the setting/terrain at the event?

Nature’s Classroom has paved paths to the buildings and unpaved paths to other meeting spaces in the wooded areas. Terrain can be uneven in the unpaved areas.

What about food?

Registration fees for all tickets include meals.

You may wish to bring snacks, but be aware that the conference center is located in a wooded area and wild animals are nearby.

If you would like to bring your own food there is limited fridge space available in common spaces that you are free to use. TempleFest is not responsible for the use of fridges or lost food.

How do I get a TempleFest T-shirt?

TempleFest T-shirts can only be obtained by pre-order through our printing partner. It will be shipped directly to you. Order using this link.

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes, there is a section in the registration form for dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary needs and we will accommodate them to the best of our ability.

The kitchens have dedicated Gluten Free spaces and cooking utensils in order to accommodate for Celiac disease.

Will bottled water be available?

Please bring your own water bottle. Water will be available at refill stations in the main hall. If you forget your water bottle, you can purchase one from the Temple Store.

I have physical disabilities. Can I still attend?

Yes! All buildings are built to ADA requirements, but please be aware that the terrain is grassy, with stone and dirt paths, and can be slightly uneven. We regret that we cannot make special accommodations, but the land and location of TempleFest imposes certain restrictions.

There are a limited number of accessibility options for dorms with accessible bathrooms for those who use mobility aids. Please let us know when you register if you will need one.

All dorms have outlets for those who need them for things such as CPAP machines.

What is the smoking and alcohol policy?

Smokers, please be respectful of nonsmokers and only use the designated smoking area. If you do bring alcohol to the festival please keep it for your personal use only and be mindful that TempleFest is a family-friendly event. Alcohol and/or tobacco are not permitted at the sacred fire area or in ritual space except for ceremonial purposes as arranged by the ritual leaders. Illegal drugs are prohibited.

What kind of security is available?

Aries Ministry will be providing general security.
Templefest and the Temple of Witchcraft is not responsible for any belongings or valuables left unattended.

Are children allowed to attend/is there special pricing?

Children are welcome, however we will not have children’s programming this year due to lack of interest. Children under the age of 18 will be required to room with family members only. There is no discounted pricing for children at this time.

Will there be a shuttle service available to/from the airport?

We are looking into shuttle options and gathering interest. If you are interested in utilizing the shuttle please let us know at the time of registration. Price of the shuttle will depend on interest, but will be no higher than $100. We will reach out to those interested with pricing options after registration closes on August 9th.

Is there a cancellation/refund policy?

All cancellations must be done before registration closes on August 9th for a full refund. After that point there will be no refund.

Will sessions be recorded?

Not at this time, however with access to new technology options at Prindle Pond we may look into recording options for the future.

Why do sessions have limited capacity?

In order to encourage appropriate distancing in classrooms and share the love between sessions, we have decided to limit the number of people per session. We hope that this will make a more enjoyable and comfortable experience for all.

In order to guarantee your spot in your preferred sessions, please register early and make your session selections through Sched – our scheduling system.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes and no. While there is technically wi-fi available we would encourage you to unplug for the weekend and immerse yourself in the experience of TempleFest. To ensure that our vendors have the wi-fi connection they need (so that you can purchase your items quickly and securely) we will be limiting wi-fi access to those who need it.
